Director

With over 30 years of experience in the security industry, I have built a career specializing in high-profile protection, event security, and corporate safety. My expertise spans the UK and international markets, having worked in key security roles across Ibiza, Spain, and beyond.

Throughout my career, I have provided close protection for high-net-worth individuals and managed security operations for prestigious events such as The BRIT Awards and the MOBOs. My strategic approach to risk management and team leadership has ensured the safety of VIPs, large-scale venues, and private residences.

As the Founder and one of the Directors of Belmont Guard Ltd, we lead a trusted team of security professionals delivering corporate security, event management, festival safety, residential protection, key handling, and hospitality services. At Belmont Guard, we prioritize professionalism, discretion, and proactive security solutions to safeguard our clients and their assets.

Director

Having worked within the security industry for over 20 years, I have gained valuable and an extensive knowledge of the manned security sector. I have had the pleasure of working in all areas of security, and also worked with many elite professionals in the security field, which has put me in good stead for catering and finding a solution for the majority of security requirements and needs.

Belmont Guard security services was formed in 2016, it is lead by a partnership including myself which cater for all areas requiring security guards, event security, door supervisors, personal security, key holding and alarm response. Our reputation has grown steadily over the years, and we have become the go-to for our local security services.

We operate our services on an emergency, part or full time basis, from our locations in Bedford and London 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our Training

Training is undertaken by management to industry standards our induction course is comprehensive and we cover, where possible, continuous on-site training to refresh our operatives skills. We can also provide customer specific training or accreditation’s on request.

Our Staff

The secret to our success is simple: We make customer service our number one priority. By providing dedicated account service and employing only fully trained and certified personnel, we are able to offer security services that are comprehensive, professional, and affordable. With all our operatives licensed to SIA standards and selected for their interaction and communication skills we are confident that our solutions will fit the requirements. With our management team offering over 35 years’ experience in a wide variety of Security fields, our ethos is to provide simple Security solutions re-assured by our staff being trained to industry standards, having excellent interaction skills and operating an open and honest relationship with our clients to achieve Safe, Secure Security Solutions. Good communication is an essential ingredient of our business philosophy and allows us to respond effectively and efficiently to any security requirement.quest

Quality Control

Our Mission is to ensure that all of our clients receive the best service possible. A “Quality Care Program” is implemented in all of the services we provide. In this program we assure all sites and services are being monitored on a regular basis by Site Managers, aside from the regular Supervision, at no extra cost to our client. The monitoring can include several daily unannounced inspections from our Site Manager, as well as generating daily, weekly and monthly reports which are submitted to the senior management team for review. Our staff are aware that performance and behaviour are crucial to the company’s reputation and pledge to provide each client with a professional service at all times.
